    Already in 1898 Solà Raventós was dedicated to the elaboration of wines in the estate "Maset de la Verdera", and it was in 1925 when the first bottles of cava were made.

     

     

    Since 1987, it has become a personal project of Pere, who, together with his wife, makes the dream come true of making the cava the way we understand and love. Since 2018 his son Guifré accompanies them on the journey.

    More than 100 years putting all our effort in the elaboration of a cava of great quality linking tradition and innovation.

    Innovation and tradition

    In Solà Raventós we have always combined tradition with innovation in a limited production to guarantee the maximum quality of our products. Within the slogan of aging cellar our cavas are understood between the 2 years and the 5 years of aging, determining for the achievement of its excellence, character and elegance.

    Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, varieties of white grape destined to the elaboration of Cava, and Monastrell, Pinot Noir and Trepat, black grape reserved for the elaboration of Cava Rosé, constitute grape varieties native to the region of Penedès and have demonstrated their perfect identification with the soil and climate of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.

    Tasting and sale:

    From Monday to Friday: from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.. and from 3 to 7 pm.

    Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

    Tour Solà Raventós

    • Includes: tour in the bodega, explanation of the process of elaboration and tasting of two Cavas Premium, snacks and a small present.
    • Languages: Catalan, Spanish and English.
    • Start time of the visit: To agreeing, standard at 12 noon.
    • The duration of the visit plus the tasting will be approximately one to two hours.

    Price: 5€

    * Possibility of extending the tasting to 4 Premium Cavas for groups (+3 euros)

    Tour + Lunch

    • Lunch in Ticus Restaurant: Great cusine in a small format, mediterranean and local (Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp)
    • Appetizer + Starter + Second Course + Desserts and water
    • Cava Sola Raventós de la Gafa included (1 bottle every 4 people, for smaller groups served by glasses)
    • We manage the reservation to combine with the visit.
    • *Mondays not available. Please reserve in advance to ensure availability.
